珍稀濒危植物绵刺休眠与环境因子影响研究  被引量:4

摘  要:通过对休眠绵刺枝条在蒸馏水、不同浓度无机盐、有机肥和外源激素在室内的培育,以休眠枝条的放叶时间和数量作为绵刺休眠被打破的衡量尺度进行绵刺休眠打破实验,实验结果表明:4种无机盐都能打破绵刺休眠,并促进放叶,其效果由好到差的顺序是:K+>NH4+>Mg2+>Na+Ca2+,K+使绵刺12h放叶,且浓度越低,处理效果越好,无机盐中以0.1%KC l、0.1%NaC I、0.1%MgC l2和0.01%CaC I2:使绵刺苏醒效果最好;有机肥中以0.01%二胺效果最好;外源激素中以0.002%赤霉素、0.02%细胞分裂素和0.002%的生长素处理效果好,且以细胞分裂素最好。以植物对干旱的3种适应方式来看,绵刺属对水分敏感性植物,通过高效的生理转换,实现对水分的有效利用。The branches of Pataninia mongolica in domancy were cultivatedted in distilled water, salt liquid, organism, and accidental hormone, the leaf opening quantity and time were used as scale for breaking dormancy. The results indicated that all of the inorganic salt can break dormancy and accelerate the laying leaf. The effect's order from more to less was as follows : K^+ 〉 NH4^+〉 Mg^2+ 〉 Na^+ 〉 Ca^2+ , K^ can accelerate Potaninia mongolia opening leaf only in 12hr and the lower the concentration ,the better the effect, the effect of 0.1% KCl,0.1% NaCl,0. 1% MgCl2 and 0.01% CaCl2 are the best among inorgaric salts;in the organic manure, the effect of 0.01% NH2 -NH2 is the best; in the accidental hormone, the effect of 0. 002% gibberelling ,0. 02% cytokinin and 0. 002% auxin are better, cytokinin and 0.002% auxin are better, cytokinin is the best. Potaninia mongolica is sensitive to water, getting across the great physiological transformation achieve to economizing water.
