复方中草药对慢性氟中毒大鼠氟排泄及组织氟含量的影响

摘  要:为研究复方中草药对慢性氟中毒大鼠的抗氟作用及其机理,选用体重为100~120g Wistar大鼠,随机分成5组,分别设为正常对照组,氟中毒组以及氟中毒并给予不同剂量复方中草药治疗组等.试验期共5个月,在氟中毒不同时期,跟踪检测各组大鼠血浆、尿液、粪便中的氟含量;实验结束时剖杀大鼠取肝、肾、骨组织,测定其中的氟含量.结果表明,慢性氟中毒大鼠血浆、肝脏、肾脏和骨骼中氟蓄积明显,尿氟、粪氟排泄量显著升高;给予复方中草药后,可抑制氟在胃肠道中的吸收,减少氟的吸收进入血量,使血氟、尿氟含量降低,提高氟在粪便中的排泄量.For studying the antagonistic effects and mechanisms of anti - fluorine compound Chinese herbs on chronic fluorosis rats, the Wistar rats ( 100 - 120g) were divided randomly into 5 groups: Group Ⅰ is the control group, fed with normal tap water; Group Ⅱ is fluorosis group, fed with water containing F of 150 mg/L; Group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ are fluorosis and herbal therapeutic groups, fed with water containing F of 150 mg/L, and the compound Chinese herbs were administered simultaneously by per os with dosage of 0. 1g/kg , 0.4g/kg and 1.2g/kg for each group of the rats respectively. The total experimental period was 5 months. The contents of F in plasma, urine and dung were examined in different periods of fluorosis, and the contents of F in liver, kidney and bone were also determined when the experiment was finished. The experimental results suggested that the fluorine was accumulated obviously in the plasma, liver, kidney and bone in chronic fluorosis rats, especially in the bone, and contents of fluorine in urine and dung was increased markedly. However, proper dosage of compound chinese herbs can inhibit the absorption of fluorine by alimentary tract, and decrease the contents of fluorine in plasma and urine, while increase the excretion of fluorine by dung.
