摘　　要：目的探索有效、可推广并适合中国国情的艾滋病防治多部门合作促进模式。方法通过评估与艾滋病防治相关部门和机构能力,以确定促进多部门、机构和人员参与的切入点,制定多部门共同参与的战略规划及促进艾滋病防治工作。结果形成了多部门参与艾滋病防治的机制,多部门、机构及人员能力得到显著提高,非政府组织的参与和能力的提高,全社会对艾滋病的关注增强。结论艾滋病防治工作必须强调多部门合作,动员全社会参与,并且可行、有效。Objective To explore an effective, replicable model of multi - sectoral coordination of AIDS prevention and care based on the situation of China. Methods Find out cut - in point on promotion of involvement of multi - sectors, institutes and person through evaluating the capacity of multi - sectors and promote the work of AIDS prevention and care. Results A mechanism of multi - sectoral coordination of AIDS prevention and care has been established. Capacity of multi - sectors, institutes and staff has been enhanced remarkably. The whole society pays more attention to AIDS. Conclusions Multi - sectoral coordination and involvement of the whole society must be emphasized on AIDS prevention and care, and they must be effective and operable.
