摘　　要：基于计算机技术的应用现状,分析了工艺设计的特点。介绍了软件开发平台MicrosoftAccess和MicrosoftVisualBasic的应用方法及数据库软件的整体设计思路。叙述了焊接成形方法、焊接特征、焊接成形常见缺陷、焊接工艺参数的类别、数据库各个模块的创建方法及数据库软件系统的结构形式。开发了一个计算机软件系统,用来辅助焊接技术人员进行焊接工艺的设计,它主要由3部分组成:人机接口模块、数据库数据查询模块、结果输出模块。可应用于焊接厂进行焊接工艺的快速设计。In this paper,It analyzes the characteristics of technology design based on the computer technology＇s application situation. It introduces the applying ways of the software of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Visual Basic, and the whole design thought.It relates the kind of welding forming ways,the welding characteristics,the normally defects of the welding forming,the parameters of the welding technology,the creating ways of all mould in the database,and the structure of the database software system.A computer software system had been developed,which can be used to assist people to design welding technology.It mainly consists of three parts： user interface model,data inquiry in database model,output result model,and can be used to design welding technology in high-speed in welding factory.
