摘  要:文章介绍了传动误差测量方法的基本原理,对机床传动误差测量中常用的测量方法(比相法和计数法)进行了综述,根据传感器的选用分析了国内外主要的测量方法,阐明了传动误差测量技术的发展趋势:从模拟量向数字量方向发展,从比相式向记数式发展,从硬件电路完成主要测试工作向软件化的“虚拟仪器”方向发展,从单一测量功能仪器向多功能多用途的通用柔性系统方向发展。归根结底,是计算机技术参与程度和计算机辅助技术应用水平的发展。This paper presents the basic principle of transmission error measuring technique , the usual measuring methods, including phase comparison method and counting process in the measurement of machine tool' s transmission error are summarized . According to the selection of transducers, analyzes the major measuring methods at home and abroad. Irradiate developing models of measuring technique of machine tool's transmission error: Develops from the simulation quantity to the digital quantity direction, From phase comparison method to counting, completes the main test work from the hardware electric circuit to the software of “the hypothesized instrument”, develops from the sole survey function instument to the multi-purpose multipurpose general flexible system. In brief, this is the development of computer technology participation degree and computer auxiliary technology.
