真空水冷铜铸模的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了纯机械加工真空水冷铜铸模的性能。它的应用解决了铂合金由于水冷铸模负压下渗水而影响真空熔炼、浇注的问题,改善和提高了生产玻纤大漏板的铂金制品材质性能。This paper introduces the performance of vacuumized and water-cooled coppery casting moulds made solely by machining. The use of such moulds has eliminated the influence of water seepage of the moulds under negative pressure on the vacuum smelting and casting of platinum alloy, and thus improved the quality of platinum alloy for making large bushings for drawing glass fibers.
