舒络通胶囊治疗血瘀型偏头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒络通胶囊治疗血瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选择115例血瘀型偏头痛病人,随机分为舒络通胶囊治疗组和正天丸对照组,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为82.50%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血液流变学及TCD指标均有明显改善。结论舒络通胶囊治疗血瘀型偏头痛疗效优于正天丸。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Shuluotong calasules on blcod - stasis migralne. Methods One hundred and eleven patients with blood- stasis migraine were divided into two groups randomly. The therapy group was treated with Shuluotong capsules, the control group was treated with Zhengtian pills for 28 days. The clinical effect, the data of hemorheology and TCD were analyzed and compared pre- and post - therapy. Results The total effective rates for the therapy group and the control group were 93.33 % and 82.50 % respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The hemorheology and TCD were improved markedly in both groups. Conclusion Shuldata of uotong capsule is an effective preparation for treating the blood- stasis migraine.
