摘 要:研究了某钼铀矿矿物特征,对其采用“原矿硫酸浸出,浸液钼铀萃取分离;浸渣浮选,浮选混合精矿水冶”处理,可获得含钼40.77%、回收率85%的钼酸钙,含铀70.37%、回收率88%的重铀酸铵,含金24.6 g/t、含银490 g/t、金回收率90%、银回收率36.8%(挥发部分未计)的金银精矿。钼产品与金银精矿放射性强度均达到国家标准。The mineral characteristics of a uranmolybdatite ore was studied. Then, a process of “leaching with vitriol to raw ore sample, extraction separation of molybdenum and uranium from the leaching solution, flotation to the leaching residue, hydrometallurgy to the bulk concentrate” was a- dopted to the uranmolybdatite ore. The following products can be obtained: calcium molybdenate of 40.77% Mo with a recovery of 85%, ammonium diuranate of 70.37% U with a recovery of 88% ; gold and silver concentrate of 24.6 g/t Au and 490 g/t Ag with respective recovery of 90% and 36.8% (exclusive of volatilizes of Ag). Radioactive intensity of molybdenum products and gold and silver concentrate can reach the national standard.
