摘 要:本文利用恒温失水和解剖电池及XRD分析等方法研究了中性电液失水结晶与纸板电池贮存过程中的结晶。结果表明,纸板电池内部结晶产物为ZnCl_2·2NH_3,Zn(NH_3)_2Cl_2,Zn_5(OH)_8Cl_2,NH_4Cl。其结晶是由负极自放电和电液失水所引起的。杂质含量影响到结晶产物的种类及其形成机理。电液失水阻滞剂A对防止电液失水及负极自放电和电池结晶有良好作用。The crystal formation was caused by the water loss of the electrolyte and formed in paperlined battery in the store process by the methods of electrolyte losing water at constant humidity, dissection battery and XDR analysis. Crystal formation in paperlined battery was divided into two modes in different crystal site. The crystals were consisted of two types diamino group zinc chloride (ZnCl2· 2NH3,Zn (NH3)2Cl2) in different crystal lattice data and Zn5(OH)8Cl2 as well as NH4Cl. The crystalization was caused by zinc electrode self-discharge and water lose. The impurity content in battery would affect the crystal compound type and their formation mechanism. The hold-up agent of water loss could hold up water loss and crystal.
