福氏志贺菌4c亚型的药物抗性观察

摘　　要：目的对一起细菌性痢疾爆发患者中分离的罕见福氏志贺菌4c(F4c)血清亚型菌株的药物抗性及其在外界存活能力进行研究。方法以K_B法作药敏试验;以大肠埃希菌8099为对照,测定其常用消毒剂最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并观察在37℃干燥环境中的存活时间。结果该菌表现为对四环素、甲氧苄啶(TMP)等耐药;在含0.2%过氧乙酸、0.125%戊二醛、4%乙醇、0.0025%新洁尔灭、125mg/L含氯培养基中生长被抑制;干燥滤纸上至少能存活72h。结论F4c与F2a耐药性相似;对乙醇、新洁尔灭、氯消毒剂较大肠埃希菌敏感,而抗干燥能力强于大肠埃希菌8099。Objective To investigate the drug resistance and survival ability of shigella flexneri 4c, a rare subserotype,isolated from the patients in an outbreak of baciUtry dysentery. Methods Disc diffusion test（K-B method）was used to study the antimicrobial resistance, and the disinfectant inhibition was determinated by the minimun inhibitory coneentration method,while the germ dry resistance was compared with escheriae coli 8099 strain in 37℃ dry condition. Results ShigeUa flexneri 4c was resistant to tetracyclin, SMZ et al and showed no growth in culture medium while in- eluding 0.2% Peraeetie acid,0.125% glutaraldehyde,4% ethanol,0.0025% bromo geraminum and 125 mg/L chlorine. The shigellaflexneri 4e strains could survival at least for 72 hours on the dry filer paper. Conclusions The shigeUa flexneri 4c was identical to shigellaflexneri 2a strain on the result of antimierobial resistance; but showed more susceptible than escheriae coli 8099 to ethanol, bromo geraminum and chlorine, while the surviva ability to resist the dryness was stronger than the escheriae coli 8099 strain.
