摘 要:条形永久磁铁广泛应用于极化继电器中,是构成极化磁系统的主要组成部分。针对沿长度方向充磁的条形永久磁铁其内部磁感应强度分布不均匀的特点,通过对极化磁系统中条形永磁分段建模,应用有限元法实现了某典型桥式极化磁系统的静态吸力特性的计算,进而通过编制APDL程序分析了永磁尺寸参数和交流去磁磁势等关键参数对极化磁系统静态吸力特性的影响。文章所得的结论对极化继电器产品设计具有一定的指导作用。Bar permanent magnet as the main part of the polarized magnetic system is widely used in polarized relay. The magnetic flux density distribution of bar permanent magnet magnetized along the length direction is non-homogeneous, so the model of the bar PM is made up of some divided blocks. Static attractive torque characteristic of a typical bridge polarized magnetic system is analyzed by using 3D finite element method. Furthermore APDL program is applied in the whole solution. On the basis of result of magnetic field analyses, the influence of permanent magnet size parameters and AC stabilizing magnet parameter on the static attractive torque characteristic are investigated. The conclusions of this paper are valuable in the design of the polarized relay.
