寿聪胶囊对小鼠急性毒性反应的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察寿聪胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:采用灌胃法,给予小鼠1日内最大浓度及最大体积的药量,观察其急性毒性反应1周。结果:实验小鼠最大耐受量为74.4 g/kg,相当于成人推荐剂量的630倍,未出现任何毒性反应。结论:寿聪胶囊毒性较低,安全性较好,为临床治疗提供了一定的实验依据。Objective ： To observe the acute toxicity reaction of Shoucong Capsule in mice. Methods： Mice were fed with maxium concentration and the maxium volume Shoucong Capsule, and were observed for one week. Results ： Maximal tolerance of experimental mice was 74.4 gram per kilogram, that was 620 times as many as the recommended dose in human, and toxic reaction was not observed. Conclusion： Shoucong Capsule has lower toxicity and well reliability. The experiment provided many experimental basis for clinical treatment.
