摘　　要：阐述了海洋平台结构在碰撞、火灾和爆炸等偶然灾害作用下的研究进展,以及其风险评估的研究现状,提出了在这些方面今后亟待研究的问题。The paper discusses the progress of the research on offshore platform structures subjeet to accidental disasters such as collision, fire and explosion, and the current research on its risk assessment. Then it proposes some other problems that demand prompt study in those aspeets.
