摘　　要：针对质量可靠性技术在国内石油钻机上尚未得到系统应用,仅有部分产品在设计方面自觉或不自觉地应用了可靠性技术,可靠性技术的应用还处于“初级阶段”的问题。阐述了生产企业应从人员培训入手,从产品设计开发抓起,加强可靠性技术的应用和管理。The quality reliability teehnology has not been applied systematically in domestie oilfield drilling equipment, while only part of the produets adopted the reliability technology consciously or unconsciuusly in their design. Therefore, the application of reliability technology is still in its first stage. Due to the existing state, the manufacturers should start from personnel training as well as the design and development of products so as to enhance the application and management of reliability technology.
