摘　　要：可靠性是企业经济效益的基本保证,贯穿于产品的全寿命周期过程中,且每一阶段都有相应的技术保障手段。对可靠性工程的实施和在可靠性目标值的确定方面须顾及企业、用户和国家利益的问题进行了研究。认为实施可靠性工程管理,开展相应的可靠性技术研究,有利于国内相当一部分内燃机制造企业在已有管理经验的基础上,进一步丰满企业的管理体系。Reliability is the basic guarantee for the economie benefit of enterprise. It runs through the whole lifetime period of the product,and in each phase of which there is corresponding technical guarantee method. The paper presents the study on the implementation of reliability project and consideration of the benefit among enterprise, custonters and the country in the determination of reliability target. Reliability project management and relevant reliability tcchnology research can help quite a number of enterprises further improve their managerial system on the basis of the existing management experience.
