摘 要:采用不同的激素浓度处理日本花柏当年萌发嫩枝进行大量的扦插繁殖试验,同时在不同的季节进行扦插。试验结果表明:从浓度上看,500mg/L浓度的效果最好,其次是1000,100mg/L;NAA,IBA,911生根素和ABT生根粉对于日本花柏扦插生根效果差别不大,但明显好于对照,从经济角度上考虑宜选择911生根素;春季的扦插生根率明显好于秋季,是日本花柏扦插的最佳时期。The test on young cutting from germinating shoots of Chamaeoyparis pisifere in that year in large amount was carried out by means of different hormone treatments and cutting in different seasons. The results showed that 500 mg/L rooting effect in concentration was the best and next was 1000 and 100 mg/L. There didn't exist very large difference among rooting effects from use of NAA, IBA,911 rooting agent and ABT rooting agent, but a significant one was better than the contrast. 911 rooting agent was suitable to be selected from view points of economy; the rooting rate in spring was obviously better than in autumn, so it was the best time for cutting of Chamaeoyparis pisifere.
