相对分子质量对膦酰基聚丙烯酸阻垢率的影响

摘  要:通过调节丙烯酸和亚磷酸的比例合成了一系列不同相对分子质量的膦酰基聚丙烯酸,并对其进行了纯化。同时研究了不同相对分子质量的膦酰基聚丙烯酸对碳酸钙的抑制能力。结果表明:聚合物相对分子质量太大或太小均对抑制碳酸钙垢不利,最佳的丙烯酸与亚磷酸的质量比为2∶1,粘均相对分子质量约3000,投加量4mg/L时阻垢率可达80%以上;较高的相对分子质量对提高聚合物抑制磷酸钙的能力有利,丙烯酸与亚磷酸质量比应大于4∶1,粘均相对分子质量应大于4000,投加量16mg/L时阻垢率可达50%。A series of phosphono polyacrylic acid with different relative molecular mass were synthesized by adjusting the mass ratio of crylic acid and phosphorous acid, and then, be purified. Meanwhile, the inhibition capacities of phosphono polyacrylic acid with different relative molecular mass on calcium carbonate were studied respectively. The results show that: too high or too low the relative molecular mass of polymer disbenefits the calcium carbonate scale inhibition, and the optimal proportion of crylic acid and phosphorous acid is 2 : 1, the average relative molecular mass is about 3 000, when the dosage is 4 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate can reach 80% or even above; a higher relative molecular weight enhances the ability of polymer on calcium phosphate inhibition, and the mass ratio of crylic acid to phosphorous should exceed 4 : 1, the average relative molecular mass should exceed 4 000, the scale inhibition rate reaches 50% when the dosage is 16 mg/L.
