茶毛虫生态特性及人群皮炎暴发的观察

摘　　要：目的观察茶毛虫的生态特性,以及影响人群茶毛虫皮炎暴发的因素,为制定控制措施提供科学依据。方法实验观察、实地调查茶场茶毛虫孵化、幼虫龄期、化蛹、羽化全世代特性,调查3起不同季节茶毛虫皮炎暴发的原因、影响因素及分布特点。结果镇江地区茶毛虫1年发生3代。全世代发育速率受气象因素影响。3起茶毛虫皮炎暴发与茶场管理不善、没有适时灭虫,暖冬、第1代虫口基数较大有关。皮炎暴发的季节差异主要受气温影响。皮炎发生与职业、暴露机会、集居和工作环境有关,发病人数与虫口密度有关。结论茶毛虫各期及全世代发育速率受气象因素影响。幼虫3龄期后虫口累积到一定数量,即造成人群皮炎暴发。Objective To observe the ecology characteristics of tea Euproctis pseudoconspersa strand and the outbreak of larvae dermatitis in crowd, so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of dermatitis caused by tea euproctis. Methods The characteristics of whole generation of tea E. pseudoconspersa, including hatching, life period of larvae, pupation and eclosion were observed in the field and laboratory. The reason, influence factors and distributed characteristic of larvae dermatitis were investigated. Results There were 3 generations of tea euproctis in Zhenjiang annually. The ecology and developmental speed in the whole generation of tea euproctis were influenced by climate condition. The reason of 3 times larvae dermatitis was due to lack of management to tea field, no control to insects in time, the warm winter and more the first generation larvae. The season difference of dermatitis outbreak was mainly related to temperature. The dermatitis ocdurrence were related to occupation, exposure opportunity, the environment of habitation and work. The number of patients with dermatitis was related to density of larvae. Conclusion The stage and the developmental speed of whole generation of tea E. pseudoconspersa were influenced by climate condition. The larvae dermatitis would outbreak after the third generation larvae accumulating to certain amount .
