摘 要:目的:建立络合分光光度法测定膜剂中卡铂含量.方法:用蒸馏水提取膜剂中卡铂,与等体积1 mol/L SnCl2的1 mol/L盐酸溶液反应后,用络合分光光度法测定反应液吸收度,检测波长为395 nm.结果:反应液中卡铂浓度于7.67~46.00 μg/ml之间与其吸收度有良好线性关系,r=0.999 3;平均回收率=100.3%,RSD=2.3%(n=6).结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于卡铂膜剂质量控制中的卡铂含量测定.Object : To establish a chelating reaction-spectrophotometry method for the determination of carboplation in films. Methods: Carboplation in films was extracted by distilled water, and reacted with the same volumes of 1 mol/L SnCl2 and 1 mol/L HCl. Chelating reaction-spectrophotometry was used for the determination. The detection wavelength was set at 395 nm. Results: The method was linear within the range of 7.67~46.00μg/ml( r =0.9993). The average recoveries were 100.3% with RSD of 2.3% (n=6). Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of carboplation in films. It was reliable for the quality control of the films.
