摘 要:目的:探讨八正合剂治疗泌尿系统感染性疾病的药理作用及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将大肠杆菌注入小鼠膀胱后观察药物对细菌上行感染肾脏的抑制作用,同时检测其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:八正合剂灌胃给药可显著降低大肠杆菌上行感染肾脏的带菌剖面百分率[ED50为(11.01±1.63g·kg-1,95%可信限为9.50~12.76g·kg-1],显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数,对体液免疫和细胞免疫影响不大。结论:八正合剂治疗泌尿系统感染性疾病的作用机制主要与其增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能、清除尿路细菌有关。Objective: To explore the pharmacological bases action of Bazheng Mixture (BM) to treat infectious disease of urinary system and effects of BM on Immune Function in mice. Methods: After injecting E. coli into bladder of mice, the kidneys examined for the anti-infection action of BM to retrogress to infection; tested effects of immune Function of mice. Results: BM ig remarkably decreased the percentage of kedney's action carrier caused by retrograde infection of E. coli [ ED50 is ( 11.01 ± 1.63) g·kg^-1 and the 95% CL is 9.50~12.76 g·kg^-1] BM was also shown in being effective in raising the rate of carbon particle clearance and the index of carbon particle clearance, but BM bad no significant effects on body fluid immunity and cell immunity in test for mice. Conclusion: The mechanism of BM to treat infectious disease of urinary system are mainly associated with increasing the function of carbon particle clearance, and clearing bacteria of urinary system.
