摘  要:目的:观察丹参(Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge,SMB)注射液对小鼠脾脏树突状细胞(Dendrirtic cells,DC)的增殖作用。方法:采用MTT法,以细胞因子(GM-CSF+IL-4)作对照,观察不同浓度SMB以及细胞因子+不同浓度的SMB对小鼠脾脏DC的增殖作用。结果:SMB在试验浓度为100、500、1000μg/ml时可显著促进小鼠脾脏DC增殖。说明SMB单独使用时可明显刺激小鼠脾脏DC增殖。但其刺激强度均明显低于细胞因子组;SMB+细胞因子,与对照组相比均有显著的增殖作用,与单独使用细胞因子组相比,其低浓度组(50、100、500μg/ml)协同作用显著。结论:SMB不仅能直接促进小鼠脾脏DC的增殖,而且与细胞因子有显著的协同作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Injection Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge (SMB)on proliferation of Dendritic cells (DC) from mouse spleen. Methods. Compared with the cytokine(GM - CSF + IL - 4), to investigate the effect of SMB of different concentrations and cytokine + SMB of different concentrations on proliferation of DC from mouse spleen by MTT. Results: SMB( 100, 500,1000 μg/ ml ) could stimulate the proliferation of the DC significantly, but the stimulations weren't obvious compared with the cytokine. SMB + cytokine, compared with the negative control, had obvious promoting effect and the lower concentrations (50,100, 500 μg/ml) better than the cytokine. These results above indicate SMB could not only stimulate the proliferation of DC but also significantly do in coordination with the cytokine. Conclusion: SMB may play the role by its growth factor-like function, and by cooperating with the cytokine in the regulation of DC.
