摘　　要：我国现行宪法没有确立专门的宪法监督机构,宪法监督未能落到实处。现在建立司法化的宪法监督制度的条件已经基本具备,表现在公民权利观念的形成、政治文明的提出、宪法法律属性的彰显和司法体制的不断完善。应当抓住这样的现实机遇,努力推进宪法监督制度的完善。There is no specific organization for the supervision of constitution in current China, which leads to the unfully realization of constitution supervision. At present, the conditions for establishing a legalized constitution supervision system has been met, which may be demonstrated by the formation of the citizens＇ concepts of individual fights, the proposition of political civilization, the exposure of the constitution＇ s legal nature and the perfection of the justice system. Such opportunities should be made good use of for the improvement of the constitution supervision system.
