摘 要:物流配送中车辆优化调度是降低物流成本的有效手段.常见的模型是基于确定性因素(货运量等),以费用最低为目标而进行研究的.从非确定性因素(配送服务水平)出发,提出了与车辆优化调度相关的三个配送服务水平评价指标,并采用模糊度及层次分析方法进行分析,获得多指标条件下的车辆优化调度理想方案,从而能够为以客户服务为核心的货运公司、物流企业的经营决策提供参考.The vehicle schedule problem (VSP) is one of the efficient method to reduce the logistics cost. Nowadays the common models are based on the definite factors, such as transportation quantities, and aim at the lowest cost. Depending on the uncertain factors (logistics services), this paper points out three main estimate indexes related to VSP, and tries to get the ideal result of VSP in using the methods of fuzzy theory and AHP under the considering of the multi-indexes of logistics services, so as to offer the reference to those freight or logistics companies which pay much attention to the cusmers.
