摘 要:用胶束毛细管电动色谱法(MEKC)分离三硝基甲苯(TNT)异构体。研究了背景电解质、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)浓度、缓冲溶液添加剂Brij35、pH等对分离的影响,找出了最佳分离条件,使三硝基甲苯的6种异构体在几分钟内达基线分离。rinitrotoluene(TNT) isomers are neutral molecules, and they will migrate with the same velocity as that of electroosmotic flow. Therefore they can not be separated by capillary zone electrophoresis. The neutral molecules, in general, can be separated only by using of micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC). In this work. the separation of TNT isomers by MEKC was studied. In order to modify the separation, a non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol dodecyl ether (Brij 35)was added into a sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) solution to form a mixed micellar. Several factors affecting the separation were examined: background electrolyte, SDS concentration,Brij 35 concentration and pH value of buffer solution. The results indicated that the migration orders of six TNT isomers in borate background electrolyte and in a system consisting of borate and phosphate as background electrolyte were not identical. The six TNT isomers can be satisfactorily separated within 10 minutes using a 60cm ×75μm uncoated flexible fused silica capillary column(effective length 38cm)and using the buffer solution consisting of 10mmol .L-1 Na2B4O7 (pH9. 07) + 30mmol .L-1 SDS+10mmol. L-1 Brij 35.
