摘  要:废分子筛通过酸溶、聚合等过程制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),找出了最佳制备条件,并对其性能进行了絮凝考察。结果表明,原料配比、反应时间对分子筛中Al2O3的浸出率的影响较大,熟化时间、温度对产品性能影响较大。盐基度、PAC加入量对PAC的絮凝性能有较大影响。A new material waste molecular sieve was used to prepare the polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC). The optimum preparing factors were determined and the effect of the flocculants was studied with the test. The result of the experiment shows that the proportion of material and the time of the reaction influence the lixiviation rate of Al2O3 in waste molecular sieve. Activation time and temperature have much influence of the product capability. The basicity and the adding amount have much influence of the flocculant.
