摘　　要：针对我国城市停车泊位信息不能及时有效地对外发布的现状,基于互联网的信息发布技术与地理信息系统的空间信息管理和表现功能,研究停车场动态信息发布的基本原理、可行性和整个系统的基本构架。指出互联网与地理信息系统的结合是解决城市静态交通的信息发布问题的重要趋势,利用二者的优势互补,为解决城市停车难的问题提供了可行的办法。This paper considers the facts that the parking information can not be promulgated in time, studies the basic principles and feasibilities of parking information promulgation system, it also studies the basic framework of the system. This paper points out that the combination of Web and GIS （ Geographic Information System） is an provides a feasible method of solving the parking problems in the city.
