摘  要:本文研究了头孢氨苄与对苯醌和四氯苯酸的荷移反应。实验指出,头孢氨苄与对苯醌反应是在乙醇介质中进行,与四氯苯醌反应则在硼砂缓冲液中进行。两种络合物λmax值分别是487nm和346nm;表现摩尔吸光系统分别是1.37×103和1.02×104L·mol-1·cm-1;比尔定律线性范围分别是10~160mg/L和3~30mg/L,其组成比均是1:1。应用拟定的方法测定头孢氨苄制剂含量,结果与标准方法一致。The charge transfer interactions of cefalexin with p-benzoquinone and tetrachlorobenzoquinone were investigated. The reaction of cefalexin with p-benzoquinone brings about good results in the ethanol medium, but the reaction between cefalexin and tetrachlorobenzoquinone is compIeted only in borax buffer solution. The apparent molar absorptivities were 1. 37×103 L. mol-1. cm-1 for p-benzoquinone and 1. 02×104 L. mol-1· cm-1 for tetrachlorobenzoquinone. The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 10~160 mg/L for p-benzoquinone and 3~30 mg/L for tetrachlorobenzoquinone. The composition of complex of cefalexin with p-benzoquinone or tetrachiorobenzoquinone is 1: 1.This proposed method has been applied to the determination of cefalexin in tablets and capsules with satisfactory results.
