摘　　要：对日本北里大学医学图书馆的期刊馆藏进行了调查,分析了电子信息资源,特别是电子期刊,对图书馆完善信息服务的作用。并探讨了如何充分发挥电子期刊馆藏的作用以及医学论文的引文模式特点等问题。This paper investigated into journals collection in Kitasato University Medical Library （KUML） and analyzed the roles of electronic information resources, especially e - journals, on improving the library＇ s information service. Also, it discussed the pattern and characteristics of citation articles in medical papers as well as how to bring the electronic collection into full play.
