固本降压流膏对老年高血压及左室肥厚的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨固本降压流膏对老年高血压及左室肥厚的影响。方法将75例肾精亏虚型高血压患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,用药8周后,观察2组患者降压疗效、症状改善情况及血浆肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血清前胶原PⅢP、PⅣP含量变化。结果治疗组单项症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗组在治疗第1周末血压显著下降,到治疗第3周末和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),以收缩压降低更为明显。治疗组治疗后PRA、AngⅡ含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),PⅢP、PⅣP含量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),左室肥厚参数LVDd、LVPWI、VS及LVMI明显低于对照组。结论高血压左室肥厚与AngⅡ、PⅢP、PⅣP的增加有关,固本降压流膏能有效降低上述指标含量,并达到降压及逆转左室肥厚的目的。Objective It is to explore the influence of Guben Pressure-lowing fluidextract on aged hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 75 hypertension patients with deficiency of kidney-essence were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.After eight weeks treatment,the efficacy of lowering pressure and symptom improvement were observed and PRA,AngⅡ,PⅢP and PⅣP were measured.Results Monomial symptom score in treatment group were improved more obviously than that in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The blood pressure in treatment group had been lowered down significantly at the end of the first week and there was significant difference compared with that in control group at the end of the third week(P<0.01),especially SBP lowered down more significantly.The contents of PRA and AngⅡ in treatment group after treatment were obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The contents of PⅢP and PⅣP in treatment group after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The parameters of left ventricular hypertrophy such as LVDd,LVPW, IVS and LVMI in treatment group were obviously lower than those in control group.Conclusion Hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy have relationship with the increase of AngⅡ,PⅢP and PⅣP.Guben pressure-lowering fluidextract can effectively lower down above-mentioned indexes and can achieve the objective of lowering down the blood pressure and reversing the left ventricular hypertrophy.
