摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗肝外胆管结石的效果。方法37例肝外胆管结石采用腹腔镜下胆总管切开联合纤维胆道镜探查取石、Ⅰ期缝合胆总管或胆总管T管引流。结果手术均获成功,无中转开腹,该手术的创伤小、出血少,恢复快。结论腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗肝外胆管结石只要掌握适应证,就是一种创伤小、恢复快、安全、可靠、有效的新技术。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct calculus. Methods Thirty - seven cases of biliary calculus were treated with laparoscopy, The common bile duct was incised, the calculuses were taken out with biliary fiberendoscopy and the T-tube was put into the common bile duct （CBD） or the incision of the CBD was sutured, Results All cases were operated successfully, No one was converted to open operation, By this operation, patients had small incision, little hemorrhage, and they could recover quickly. Conclusion Laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct calculus is a microtrauma, tacho - recovery, safe and reliable operation method if we master the indication.
