摘 要:在碱性介质中,痕量锇(Ⅳ)对水杨基荧光酮(SAF)与过氧化氢的氧化还原反应有显著的催化作用。本文以此为基础,提出用分光光度催化动力学法测定痕量锇(Ⅳ)的新方法。本法来加掩蔽剂时的线性范围是0.08~0.80μg/L,加入掩蔽剂后的线性范围是0.08~0.80μg/L,检出限为0.08μg/L。本法用于实际样品中Os(N)的测定,结果良好,本实验还测定了此催化反应的活化能和反应级数。A highly sensitive spectrophotometric kinetic method is proposed for the determi nation of trace osmium(Ⅳ) based on the catalytic effect of osmium(Ⅳ ) on the salicylfluo rone (maximum absorption at 504 nm )-hydrogen peroxide reaction. Using the fixed time method, osmium(Ⅳ) in the ragne of 0.08~0.56μg/L conforms to Beer's law without the masking agent, and in the range of 0.08~0.80μg/L with the masking agent. The detection limit is 0. 08 μg/L. This catalytic reaction is a first order reaction and its activation energy is 23. 25 kJ/mol. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of osmium in refined ore with a relative standard deviation of 2%~4%.
