摘　　要：在基于数据仓库的决策支持系统的开发过程中,数据仓库模型是整个系统实现的基础。良好的数据仓库模型可以提高系统开发的成功率和数据仓库中的数据质量。因此,在把数据仓库技术引入到干部管理领域后,一项重要的任务就是要建立适合于干部管理领域的数据仓库模型。文中针对干部管理领域数据的特点,提出了一种干部管理领域数据仓库模型的设计方案。During the developing process of the decision support system based on the data warehouse, the model of the data warehouse is the foundation of the whole system. Good data warehouse model can increase the ratio of success. It can improve the data quality of the data warehouse. So, when import the technology of data warehouse in the cadre managment, a very important task isto design a suitable data model. According to the character of the data in the cadre management field, put forward a design scheme of data warehouse model.
