摘　　要：异位妊娠是早孕期妇女死亡的首要原因,早期异位妊娠由于症状和体征均不明显,患者常不予注意,也易被医师漏诊。如何诊断早期异位妊娠及给予恰当的治疗非常重要。该文就早期异位妊娠的诊治研究进展作以综述。Ectopic pregnancy is the chief death cause of women in early pregnancy. Because the signs and symptoms of early ectopic pregnancy aren＇t apparent usually, it is often overlooked by patients, even obstetricians. How to diagnose cctopic pregnancy early and conduct appropriate treatment [n time are very important. In this articale, we summarized re.arches on development in diagnosis and treatments of early ectopic pregnancy.
