摘　　要：目的:初步探讨大剂量乙肝疫苗穴位注射治疗HBV携带者(AsC)的临床效果及其机制。方法:将140例AsC随机分为治疗组90例和对照组50例。治疗组给予乙肝疫苗60~180μg穴位注射,每周1次。对照组给予α-干扰素2.0×106IU^3.0×106IU肌肉注射,隔日1次。疗程均为6个月。结果:治疗组90例中HBeAg和HBV DNA的转阴例数分别为51例和56例,对照组50例中有8例HBeAg和12例HBV DNA转阴,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量乙肝疫苗穴位注射是通过针、药、穴和经络的相互作用,产生综合效能,抑制HBV的复制和提高免疫应答,进而清除HBV。是治疗AsC安全有效的疗法。Objective： To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of massive dose of hepatitis B vaccine on hepatitis B viral carrier. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided to treatment group and control group, Treatment group were received an injection of 60～180μg hepatitis B vaccine once a week, and control group were received an injection of 2.0×10^6～3.0×10^6 IU interferon a once every two days, both with a course of six moths, Results： 51 HBeAg and 56 HBV DNA of the 90 cases in the treatment group turned negative while only 8 patient＇s HBeAg and 12 patients＇ HBV DNA of the 50 cases in the control group turned negative, The difference in treatment effects between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Point-injection therapy by massive dose of hepatitis B vaccine have an synthetic effect on improving immune response, clearing away HBV and blancing the immunity of the body, it is realized through the interaction of acupuncture and moxibustion, pharmacotherapy, point-stimulating therapy and meridian. So, it can become safe and effective therapy for treating hepatitis B viral carricer.
