中国时装模特职业素质培养分析

摘　　要：探讨中国时装模特职业素质的培养与提升措施.分析国内时装模特行业的现状,认为选拔模特目的较为盲目,对“模特选拔”与“选美”的概念含糊不清,以及行业过快的发展速度,媒体的过度宣传报道是造成时装模特职业素质良莠不齐的主要原因.对时装模特职业素质培养提出了以下措施:(1)借鉴国际上成熟的行业经验,迎合市场的相关需求,调整模特基本选拔标准;(2)建立规范的职业素质教育体系、职业技能评定标准及模特行业管理条文,从而有目的、有方向性的提高模特素质;(3)加强模特的心理素质培养与提高,促使其摆正心态,正确的面对成功与失败,形成良好的职业道德与敬业精神.The vocational quality training and promotion method of Chinese fashion model are discussed. The current situation of fashion model industry is analyzed. The main reasons of fashion models quality diversity are regarded as： blindness of chosing models, misunderstanding of choosing model and choosing beauty, over-fast development of fashion model industry and over-propagation of media. The mearsurements of vocational quality training of fashion model are presented as （1） Regulating criteria of model＇s basic selection; （2） To improve model quality,setting up standared system of vocational quality education, evaluation standard of vocational skills and management clause of model industy; （3） Emphasizing training and improvement of models＇ psychological quality.
