高氯酸二甘氨酸十二水合二铒的晶体结构

摘　　要：在水溶液中合成了甘氨酸铒配合物［Ｅｒ_２（Ｇｌｙ）_２（Ｈ_２Ｏ）_（１２）］（ＣｌＯ_４）_６·４Ｈ_２Ｏ单晶，并测定了其晶体结构。该晶体属单斜晶系，Ｐ２_１／ｎ空间群。晶胞参数：ａ＝１．０５７１（２）ｎｍ，ｂ＝１．０８３７（２）ｎｍ，ｃ＝１．７７２８（４）ｎｍ，β＝９０．０９（３）°，Ｖ＝２．０３０９（７）ｎｍ￣２，Ｚ＝２，Ｄｃ＝２．２３９ｇ／ｃｍ￣３．最终偏差因子Ｒ＝０．０５５，Ｒ_ｗ＝０．０６１．每２个Ｅｒ￣（３＋）离子由２个甘氨酸羧基桥联成双核结构。Ｅｒ￣（３＋）离子还与６个水分子的氢原子配位，形成畸变的四方棱柱型配位多面体。The title complex[Er_2(Gly)_2(H_2O)_(12)](ClO_4)_6.4H_2) was synthesized.It's crystal structure was determined by four-circle X-ray diffractometer.The crystal is monoclinic with space group P21/n. The unit cell parameters are as follows:a=1. 057 1(2)nm,b=1.0837(2)nm,c=1.7728(4)nm,β=90.09(3)°,V=2.0309(7)nm￣3,Z=2,Dc=2.239 g/cm￣3. The final deviation R and Rw is equal to 0. 055 and 0. 061 respectively. The two erbium ions in[Er_2(Gly)_2(H_2O)_(12)(ClO_4)_6·4H_2O are connected with two bridging carboxyl groups. Six water molecules are coordinated to each erbium ion, Therefore, there are eight oxygen atoms coordinated to each erbium, forming a distorted square antiprism arrange ment.
