毛细管电泳柱后化学发光检测装置的研制

摘　　要：报道自行组装的毛细管电泳柱后化学发光检测装置，鲁米诺和Ｎ－４－氨基丁基－Ｎ－乙基异鲁米诺－Ｈ２Ｏ２体系用于评价该装置的可行性，得到发光试剂鲁米诺和ＡＢＥＩ较尖锐对称的电泳分离峰，检出限分别为５０和２９０ｆｍｏｌ。基于一些金属离子对鲁米诺－Ｈ２Ｏ２的快速动力学催化反应，得到Ｃｒ（Ⅲ）和Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）离子非常尖锐的分离峰，理论塔板数达１．５１×１０＾５和１．８６×１０＾５。A self-constructed end-column chemiluminescence detection system for capillary electrophoresis has been described. Luminol and N-4-aminobutyl-N-ethylisoluminol(ABEI)H_2O_2 chemiluminescence systems are used to illustrate the feasibility of this instrument.Comparatively sharp and symmetric electrophoretic peaks are obtained with the detection limit of 50 fmol and 290 fmol for luminol and ABEI, respectively, Cr(Ⅲ) and Zn(Ⅱ) ions are separated with rather sharp peaks due to their fast catalytic effect on the luminol-H_2O_2 reaction.The theoretical plate number reaches 1.51×10￣5 and 1.86 ×10￣5 for Cr(Ⅲ)and Zn(Ⅱ),the detection limits of which are 15 amol and 2.07 fmol,respectively.
