民用卫星在军事应用中的探讨

摘　　要：由于军用卫星在现代高技术战争中的重要作用,它被军事专家誉为作战效能的"倍增器".进入20世纪90年代以来,在军用卫星发展进程中有2个新的趋势:一是军用小卫星发展迅速;二是在民用卫星技术的巨大推动下,军方开始将目光投向民用卫星.针对民用卫星可能的军事应用,从可行性上做出分析,提出了民用卫星军事应用的发展途径.The military satellite is viewed as multiplicator of battle effectiveness by military experts, due to its importance in modern high-tech wars. Since 1990＇s, there are two new trends in the process of the development of military satellites. The first one is the rapid development of small military satellites; the second one is that, with the great advancement of the technology of commercial satellites, the military begin to turn their eyes to commercial satellites. The paper analyses the feasibility of military uses of commercial satellites, and puts forward the way to realize it.
