摘　　要：介绍了一种测量两组电容型设备介损(tanδ)差值与电容量(CX)比值的相对比较法带电测试系统,系统亦可用于带电测试氧化锌避雷器全电流及阻性电流。现场应用表明采用这种带电测试方法的长期测量结果稳定,容易消除外部因素对测量的影响,能够反应设备绝缘的真实状况。文章还分别列举了正常设备与缺陷设备的现场测量情况,就部分测试影响因素进行了分析。An insulation on-line detection system has been described in this thesis, by which the relative value of tans and capacitance of two equipments can be measured.This system can be used for measureins MOA full current and resistance current on-line.Field application showed that relative measuring method could gain more stable results for eliminating external affects easily, which can indicate the exact insulation status of measured apparatus. Further more, measurement of normal apparatus and apparatus with defective insulation has been introduced respectively in this paper.
