摘　　要：〔目的〕了解东莞口岸出入境人员疟疾的流行情况和分布特点,以便制定相应的预防和控制措施。〔方法〕采用血清学抗体检测法对东莞口岸出入境人员进行疟疾抗体检测。〔结果〕从被调查的4870名出入境人员中检出疟疾抗体阳性5名,阳性率为1.027‰。〔结论〕东莞口岸依然存在疟疾传入和再度流行的危险,对东莞出入境人群仍需加强疟疾防制工作。The prevalence and distribution of malaria in people of entry and exit in Dongguan were studied in order to establish the relevant prevention and control measures. Serological antibody examination of malaria was used to test the persons. In the 4870 cases, 5 were detected positive for malaria antibody. The positive rate was 1.027‰. There is still a possibility that the prevalence of malaria re - emerges in Dongguan. It＇s necessary to strengthen the prevention and control program.
