摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FunctionalDyspepsia,FD)为临床多发疾病。其发病机制不清,治疗困难,严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。本文按FD的诊断标准、治疗研究、发病机制和国际上的临床研究方法进行了综述,并提出了中医药研究FD的一些思路。Functional dyspepsia is a frequently-occurring disease in clinics. Its pathogenesis is still unknown and it is difficult to cure it, thus gravely reducing the quality of patients' life. This article generally describes the standards of the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia, the study of its treatment, its pathogenesis and the method for its clinical study in the world and suggests ideas guiding its study in traditional Chinese medicine.
