摘　　要：本文通过对16层螺旋CT下肢血管造影的扫描参数、造影计划和重建方式的选择,系统阐述了其最佳的成像技术规范,提出了直接CT静脉造影技术诊断髂静脉受压综合征并获得良好效果;同时也介绍了常见下肢动、静脉病变CTA的应用价值。This article systemically described the choice of parameter, protocol of contrast injection and reconstructive methods of CT angiography （CTA） in the lower limbs with 16 - slice CT. The authors considered that the best method for demonstrating and diagnosing iliac vein compression syndrome is direct CT venography （CTV）. Simultaneously, the values of common vascular lesions of lower limbs were also discussed in this article.
