摘　　要：目的:观察DSG-I型肝病治疗仪配合中药外敷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将60例患者分成观察与对照两组,各30例。观察组用治疗仪加外敷中药治疗,对照组单纯药物治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:相同条件下,观察组临床症状改善明显优于对照组,ALT、A ST下降幅度大于对照组,两组比较。差异有显著性意义;ALT复常率,观察组53.3%,对照组25%,两组比较差异有显著性意义,P<0.01。结论:DSG-I型肝病治疗仪配合肝区中药外敷对改善患者临床症状,恢复肝功能有一定作用。Objective： To explore the effect of DSG-Ⅰ instrument of liver disease （DSG-Ⅰ ILD） combinedwith traditional Chinese medicine on improving clinical symptom, decreasing experimental indexes andalleviating distress of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods ： 60 cases with chronic hepatitis B weredivided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the contrast group （30 cases） randomly. The treatmentgroup were treated by DSG-Ⅰ ILD combined with traditional Chinese medicine and the contrast groupby medicine only. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results： The improvement ofclinical symptom and falling extent of ALT and AST of the treatment group were obviously higher thanthose of the contrast group （P〈0. 01）. The difference of two groups has significant meaning. Conclusion：DSG-Ⅰ ILD combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a definite curative effect on chronichepatitis B, especially in improving clinic symptom and liver function. Thus it can lighten the distressand improve life quality of patients .
