益气活血胶囊质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:对益气活血胶囊的质量标准进行研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对主药丹参、黄芪进行定性鉴别;RP-HPLC对丹参酮ⅡA进行含量测定。结果:主药薄层色谱定性鉴别特征性强,重现性好;RP-HPLC精密度、重现性良好,平均加样回收率为98.95%,RSD为0.54%。结论:益气活血胶囊质量标准稳定,可作为该品种的内控标准。Objective ： To study the quality standard of replenishing qi and invigorating blood circulation capsule. Method： The main drags, Salvia Mihiorrhizae and Astragalus Membranaceus, were qualitative identified by TLC, the content of Sodium Tanshinon Ⅱ A was determined by RP - HPLC. Result ： TLC identication of main drags is specific and repeatable; RP - HPLC has good precision and repetition, the average recovery rate is 98.95%, RSD = 0.54%. Conclusion： the replenishing Qi and invigorating blood circulation capsule has a stable quality standard; can be as control standard of the sort.
