三峡库区少数民族贫困县学校体育教育现状与应对策略研究

摘　　要：从2000年至今,在长达4年的调查中,对三峡库区15个少数民族与移民为主的贫困县,326所中小学,学校体育教学现状及发展前景进行了全方位调查。调查研究结果显示:(1)体育师资队伍不足,学历偏低,职称结构不合理;(2)经费不足,体育设施较差;(3)地方教育行政部门与地方政府职能部门对学校体育教学表现出较为积极的态度,学校领导对学校体育态度有待改进;(4)学生本身与学生家长对体育认识不足。针对以上现状,提出了进一步开展学校体育的若干对策。After four- year＇ s overall investigation since 2000 about the situation and prospect of physical education in 326 middle and primary schools of 15 poor counties mainly inhabited by minorities and the people to be relocated in the Dam Area, the authors of this article find that there exist the following phenomena： 1. There is a shortage and low education level of teaching staff of physical education; 2. There is an insufficiency of funds and the facilities for physical education are poor. 3. While the local governments show an active attitude towards physical education, the leaders of the schools have not attached a great importance to it. 4. The students and their parents have not realized the importance of physical education. In the light of the above problems, the authors propose in this paper some strategies to improve the situation of physical education in the schools of these areas.
