摘　　要：目的通过实验犬单肺移植,探索和解决临床肺移植所遇到的实际问题,为临床肺移植的成功奠定基础.方法12只犬,按要求分成供体组和受体组,进行单肺原位移植.结果6只犬肺移植顺利,无手术死亡.存活时间为48～168 h.结论达到了一侧肺移植手术完成后近期成功的标准[1],肺动脉、肺静脉或左房袖吻合口不漏血、不狭窄、无栓塞及充盈良好,支气管吻合口不漏气、不狭窄及肺膨胀良好.本组实验的成功对临床肺移植的开展具有现实的指导价值.Objective To explore and solve the problems in clinical practice and to find successful lung transplantation by experiment of single lung transplantation on experimental dogs. Methods 12 dogs were divided into 2 groups for single lung transplantation. One group were donators, the other were receptors. Results 6 dogs were transplanted successfully and no one died of the operation. Surviving time of dogs after transplantation operation was 48-- 168 hours. Conclusions The experiment achieved the standard of short--term success after single lung transplantation operation. There was no blood leakage, constriction and embolism in pulmonary artery, left atrium, pulmonary vein and filling was performed well. There was no air leakage and constriction in bronchus and the lung expand performed well. The successful experiment indicates the practical and instructive value of lung transplantation operation.
