石灰石砂铸钢件表层细长气孔的研究

摘  要:本文针对石灰石砂铸钢件界面反应、凝固结晶特点,通过宏观分析电镜、能谱等微观测试,阐述了有别于一般铸钢件皮下针孔的细长气孔、及其形成过程中气泡形核和生长环境的特点,探讨了细长气孔的形成机制。研究认为:呈侵入性主要特征的细长气孔的形状,随形于它周围晶粒的形态,即主要取决于石灰石砂铸钢件凝固环境所构成的结晶条件,并提出防止这类气孔的对策和措施。In accordance with the special characteristics of solidification behavior and interface reactions in the limestone-sand mold for steel castings, the slender blowhole, which is distinct from the common Subsurface pinhole, and the surrounding characteristics for the nucleation and growth of bubbles in its forming process have been studied by means of macro and microanalyses including optical and scanning eletron microscopies, EDAX etc. The mechanism of slender blowhole formation has also been discussed. It is considered that, the shape of the slender blowhole which possesses, the main features of invaded blowhole follows the form of surrounding crystal grains. and depends chiefly on the crystallization conditios of the solidification environment in the limestone-sand mold. Some suggestions are thus offered for minimizing the slender blowholes.
