摘　　要：目的比较左腋下斜行小切口经胸腔和胸膜外行动脉导管结扎术的临床疗效。方法对146例患儿分别经胸腔和胸膜外行动脉导管结扎术,比较二者临床疗效。结果两组手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后住院天数、并发症例数,均无统计学上显著性差异(P>0.05),手术时间A组明显短于B组,有统计学上显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论左腋下斜行小切口经胸腔和胸膜外行动脉导管结扎术均可取得满意的临床疗效,二者的临床疗效无明显差异。Objective To compare the clinical effects of transpleural and extrapleural ligation of patent ductus arteriosus in left oblique subaxillary incision. Methods 146 cases of children patients were treated with transpleural or extrapleural ligation of patent ductus arteriosus with left oblique subaxillary incision. We compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The length of incision intraoperative hemorrhage postoperative hospital stay and the rate of complication of the two groups were not significantly different （P 〉 0.05）, but the operation time in the transpleural group （Group A） was significantly shorter than those in extrapleural group （Group B）（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of intrapleural or extrapleural ligation of patent ductus arteriosus with left oblique subaxillary incision are satisfied. There is not significant difference on the clinical effects between two groups.
