外源甜菜碱处理种子对玉米幼苗抗盐性的影响

摘　　要：用甜菜碱溶液处理玉米种子后,对玉米幼苗进行NaCl胁迫,结果表明:和对照相比,玉米幼苗叶片的含水量、叶绿素含量以及脯氨酸含量均有所升高。所有这些变化都有利于提高NaCl胁迫下玉米的抗盐性。The maize seeds were soaked by betraine solution, then treated with NaCl. The results showed that the content of water .chlorophyll and proline of maize seedling leaves were increased. All the changes of these matter were advantage of improving the salt tolerance of maize.
