早期血液净化治疗44例急性甲醇中毒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期血液净化治疗在急性甲醇中毒抢救中的价值。方法云南省玉溪市人民医院肾内科对44例急性甲醇中毒患者,采用早期血液净化治疗达到廓清-阻断甲醇对机体的损害,通过观察其血甲醇浓度、生化指标,脑电图和视觉诱发电位、眼底检查、中毒者生存和后遗症情况等指标来了解采用早期治疗的效果。结果44例急性甲醇中毒全部抢救成活,仅有1例视觉障碍。结论早期、充分血液净化治疗是避免发生急性甲醇中毒死亡和后遗症发生的有效方法。Objective To study the value of using early blood purification treating acute methanol poisoning. Methods To achieve the aim of clearing and methanol preventing damag of the organs, early blood purification were used in 44 acute methanol poisoning cases. To learn about the effect of early treatment, blood methanol concentration, biochemical indexes, electroencephalography, visual evoked potential, fundus examination, and the index of death and sequelae of the poisoned patients were observed. Result All of the 44 acute methanol poisoning patients have been cured, leaving only one patient with dysopia. Condusion Early and adcquately blood purification is an efficient way to avoid the death and sequelae caused by acute methanol poisoning.
